The purpose of amendment 0001 is to extend the combined solicitation/synopsis response date to 21 July 2023 at 2:00 PM EST. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quotes for Battery Cells, Periodic Test Samples, and Electrolyte fill kits, manufactured in accordance wtih WS 18727 and NAVSEA Drawing 5185404L, as specified in the attached combined solictation synopsis. This requirement is solicited as a small business set aside as concurred with by NUWCDIVNPT’s Office of Small Business Programs. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 335910; the Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 Employees. NOTE: This requirement contains drawings that are designated Distribution D; with export controls. To access the Government documents, the Offeror must: Possess an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certification. Possess an SPRS NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment dated within the past three years. Offerors can refer to https://www.sprs.csd.disa.mil/ for assistance submitting a basic assessment. In order to obtain access to the drawings, an email request for the drawings shall be submitted by the JCP Custodian; drawings will not be provided to other points of contact. The requests shall include the RFQ number, company name, and CAGE code. Requests may be submitted by email to Hannah.l.murphy7.civ@us.navy.mil. Once an email request is received from the JCP Data Custodian, the Government will confirm compliance with the requirements above, and the drawings will be provided to the vendor via DoD SAFE.
