Amendment 001: 14 June 2023 - Change to the quantity of CLIN 0001 to 32 units from 31 units and change to the quantity of CLIN 0002 from 9 units to 8 units. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 –Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2). Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-23-Q-0400. AstroNova Inc. is the only source of supply for the required upgrades of the TMX-18 Digital Data Acquisition Recorders. Therefore, this acquisition can only be obtained through AstroNova, Inc. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source requirement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334118, as concurred with by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government for future requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Quotes received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase on a Firm Fixed Price basis, upgrades of the TMX-18 Digital Data Acquisition Recorders, as detailed below. For the purposes of quoting to this opportunity, the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure is identified below: CLIN 0001 – Base Ordering Period Description: Upgrade TMX-18 chassis with W7 or TMX-18 chassis with W10 to TMX-18 chassis with W10 upgradeable to W11 Quantity :32 Unit Price: Total Price: CLIN 0002 – Option 1 Description: Upgrade TMX-18 chassis with W7 or TMX-18 chassis with W10 to TMX-18 chassis with W10 upgradeable to W11 Quantity: 8 Unit Price: Total Price: Delivery is F.O.B. Origin Offeror shall include shipping charges, if applicable and best delivery date.
