The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order for delivery and installation of window treatments for Buildings 11 and 447 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings. A site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, 21 June 2023 at 1300 for interested offerors to conduct measurements. See attached site visit registration instructions. Offerors are encouraged to submit the required visitor request information as soon as possible to ensure approval prior to the scheduled site visit. The contractor is responsible for measuring all windows to confirm window dimensions. The Government is not responsible for contractor measurement errors. Note that the attached drawings are posted with limited access, but JCP certification is not required. To request access to the drawings, offerors shall enter the request within SAM and provide their valid CAGE or UEID. Amendment 0002 is posted to note that window treatment type D items listed in the B447 drawings are not included in the current requirement. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0001 is posted to revise the SOW and B447 drawings to reflect different window treatment requirements for B447 rooms 224, 227, 327, 403, 404, 405, 408, and 427. The RFQ is also revised to add a requirement for offerors to provide substantiating documentation to demonstrate that the proposed window treatment materials meet the Government’s minimum requirements detailed in the SOW. The RFQ response deadline is also extended to 1400 EDT, Wednesday, 28 June 2023 as a result of this amendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
