Contractors do not have to be JCP certified to receive the Solicitation, including drawings, specifications, and photos, but they must have an active CAGE Code. See attached for Amendment 0001. The purpose of this amendment it to: (1) Add provision 52.211-14 to Section L. (2) Add Clause 52.211-15 to Section I. (3) Remove Attachment 3 RI Wage Determination dated 02/13/2023 and replace with RI Wage Determination dated 03/17/2023. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. See attached for Amendment 0002. The purpose of this amendment it to: (1) Extend the proposal due date from 24 April 2023 @ 1400 EST to 27 April 2023 @1400 EST.
