The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quote for the purchase of Portable Micron-Level 3-D Particle Imaging Device as specified in the attached combined solicitation Synopsis. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis to Gelsight Inc, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334519. The applicable size standard is 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
