To: Tailcone Cover in accordance with the following Distro D Documents: Drawing number 8048307, Drawing number 8848308, and Part List 8848308. All other terms of this solicitation remain unchanged. The Naval Undersea Warefare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) requires the procurement of thirty (30) Tailcone Covers, Manufactured in accordance with Distro D Drawing number 8848308. NOTE 1: Offerors shall provide all fill-in information as required by this solicitation and specifically the clauses and provisions in Section K. See Instructions to Offerors in Section L, and Provision M-215-H004, Basis of Award, in Section M for more detailed information. NOTE 2: This requirement contains drawings that are designated Distribution D containing export controls, which means distribution is authorized to the DOD and US DOD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only Offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the drawings. Please visit https://www.dlis.mil/jcp for further details on the program and registration. To obtain a copy of the drawings, the JCP custodian shall submit a request to Hannah Murphy at Hannah.l.murphy7.civ@us.navy.mil to verify certification status. Email body shall additionally contain company name and cage code.
