AMENDMENT 0004 TO N6660423Q0098 The purpose of this Amendment 0004 is to: 1) Extend the responses due date to 23 June 2023. 2) Update Anticipated Award Date in Question 4, from Amendment 0001, and Number 2 in Amendments 0002 and 0003 to 12 July 2023. The solicitation closing date is extended to 23 June 2023 as a result of this amendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to: 1) Extend the responses due date to 09 June 2023. 2) Update Anticipated Award Date in Question 4, from Amendment 0001, and Number 2 in Amendment 0002 to 21 June 2023. The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to: 1) Respond to questions from industry. 2) Update Section 52.211-8 TIME OF DELIVERY in the combined synopsis and solicitation. 3) Update Table 2 in the SOW. 4) Correct typographical errors in the SOW in sections 4.7 – 4.12. Specifically, the Task letters identified in the title of each section. To access the Government documents, the Offeror must possess a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. In order to obtain access to the drawings, the requests for the drawings shall come from the JCP Custodian; drawings will not be provided to other points of contact. Additionally, in accordance with DFARS supplement rule 2019-D041 (Assessing Contractor Implementation of Cybersecurity Requirements), only offerors with a summary level score of a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171 DoD Assessment, of not more than three (3) years old from the date of this combined synopsis and solicitation, posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) will be eligible to receive a copy of the drawings. The requests shall include the RFQ number, company name, and CAGE code. Requests shall be submitted by email to dylan.a.griffis.civ@us.navy.mil.
