See attached RFQ text document. __________________________________________________________ Amendment 1 - 31 January, 2023 This Amendment is to answer an industry question: Question: "Please confirm that this solicitation is for penetrator 7502540-5. The statement of work did not seem to designate which of the penetrators is required." Answer: Confirmed, this requirement is only for the "-5" configuration. __________________________________________________________ Amendment 2 – 2 February, 2023 This Amendment is to answer an industry question: Question: "You've provided two statement of works: one for non nuke L1 and one for non SS material. Isn't this penetrator considered Level 1 so we should go by Appendix A, correct?" Answer: Appendix A calls out the MINIMUM STANDARD QUALITY CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIAL PROCUREMENT, MODIFICATION, REPAIR OR OVERHAUL OF MATERIAL that are Non-Nuclear Level I. (emphasis in original) Appendix F calls out the MINIMUM STANDARD QUALITY CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIAL PROCUREMENT, MODIFICATION, REPAIR OR OVERHAUL OF MATERIAL that are Non-Level SUBSAFE boundary material. (emphasis in original) Many of the components used in EHFs are both SUBSAFE and Level 1, but there are components that are only SUBSAFE. Due to the SUBSAFE and Level I designations, the minimum quality standards must be strictly adhered to. The SOW in section C is the SOW, and Appendix A and Appendix F are applicable documents that complement the SOW by setting the minimum quality standards when working with the Level I and SUBSAFE components. __________________________________________________________ Amendment 3 - 3 February, 2023 This Amendment extends the end of the solicitation from 8 February, 2023 to 10 February, 2023, still at 1400 EST.
