The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a construction requirement for the renovation of rm 207 within B1302. Work includes removal of existing systems furniture and panel walls, removal of cmu block for new door, gwb ceiling and framing, 2x4 light fixtures, raised floor panels and pedestals, installation of new 2x4 walls, new doors and hardware, new floor structure for optics lab tables, new ceiling grid and tiles, new 2x2 led lights, HVAC modifications with new fan coil units, plumbing, sprinkler modifications, co2 piping modifications and all incidental work as indicated herein Please see attached Solicitation (N6660423Q0011) and attachments, for full information and details regarding this requirement. Contractors do not have to be JCP certified to receive the Solicitation, including drawings, specifications, and photos, but they must have an active CAGE Code.
