The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to Keysight Technologies, (Cage: 7ZXR5) 1900 Garden Of The Gods RD Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907-3423 on a sole source basis for calibration and repair services of Keysight equipment, as detailed in the attached combined Solicitaion/Synopsis. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
