The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced contract for the following brand name items, no substitutions allowed (See Attachment 1 for details). The contractor must fill in and sign the attached provision and submit it with its quote. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Additional terms and conditions: In accordance with DFARS clause 252.211-7003, the contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Government’s unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available on the SAM website. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable, the offeror shall: Quote the required items in the required quantities; Be an Authorized Reseller (Attachment (1)); Offerors shall complete and submit Attachment (2), Provision FAR 52.204-24 REPRESENTATION REGARDING CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEOSURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT (AUG 2020).
