Amendment 06 - The purpose of this amendment is to revise the quantities of the CLINs, clarify and highlight the items that are important in the evaluation process, and extend the RFQ close date to Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 2:00PM EST, please see Attachment N6660422Q02440001 for details. Amendment 05 - The purpose of this amendment is to include a Q&A doc, include document with an update to the floor plans, revise the Period of Performance to 1 year from the date of the award, and extend the RFQ close date to Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 2:00PM EST. Amendment 04 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct information posted to Amendment 02. The Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 9:00AM EST. Amendment 03 - The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that responses to this solicitation and proposals should be sent to stephanie.a.smyth.civ@us.navy.mil per Attachment N6660422R0244 REV 1. Amendment 02 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide Site Visit information and Attachment 2 Visitor Request Documentation. The Site Visit will be conducted on Wednesday, June 14, 2022 at 9:00AM. Please submit Attachment 2 Visitor Request Documentation to the email contained in the document and to stephanie.a.smyth.civ@us.navy.mil to request site access. Please see below for information regarding access to the floor plans. Amendment 01 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide Questions and Answers, and details to request access to the floor plan attachments. Questions and Answers: Q1: There is not a line item for cable – are we going to include that in our labor quote ? A1: Any non-WilsonPro items can be quoted under CLIN 0007 but please provide a breakdown of the materials for that line item in a separate document. Q2: CLIN 1 for the labor. How do you want that presented ? Do you want a price for the whole project ?Or a price per antenna ? A2: Labor under CLIN 0001 please provide a price for the whole project. Request to access floor plan attachments: In the RFQ scroll down to Attachments/Links, click on the “Request Access” button. The request will be sent to the Contracts Specialist who will then contact you to request your CAGE Code. Once the company's SAM registration can be verified then the access will either be granted or rejected. If rejected then a reason for the rejection will be supplied. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order for the Cellular Signal Repeater supplies and services. The supplies shall include the brand name WilsonPro items contained in Attachment #1 Justification to Exception for Fair Opportunity, no substiutions. Please see the attached solicitation N6660422Q0244 for details on this procurement, which includes a Statement of Work, site visit details, proposal submittal details, and evaluation criteria. This procurement is unrestricted as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Program (OSBP).
