This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N6660422Q0197. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Newtons4th PSM3750 Frequency Response Analyzers, calibrated to ISO 17025, as specified below. The calibration must be performed by a laboratory in the United States certified to ISO 17025. The purchase order will include options to purchase analyzers in Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 and FY 2024. CLIN 0001 Base Year - PSM3750 3 Channel Frequency Response Analyzer with Impedance Analysis Package, P/N PSM-3750-3C/IAI2, Qty 2 CLIN 0002 Base Year - PSM3750 and IAI2 ISO17025 Calibration, P/N PSM-IAI2-ISO-CAL, Qty 2 CLIN 0003 Option FY2023 - PSM3750 3 Channel Frequency Response Analyzer with Impedance Analysis Package, P/N PSM-3750-3C/IAI2, Qty 2 CLIN 0004 Option FY2023 - PSM3750 and IAI2 ISO17025 Calibration, P/N PSM-IAI2-ISO-CAL, Qty 2 CLIN 0005 Option FY2024 - PSM3750 3 Channel Frequency Response Analyzer with Impedance Analysis Package, P/N PSM-3750-3C/IAI2, Qty 2 CLIN 0006 Option FY2024 - PSM3750 and IAI2 ISO17025 Calibration, P/N PSM-IAI2-ISO-CAL, Qty 2 This requirement will be awarded to Newtons4th North America (NA) on a sole source basis due to compatibility reasons. The Newtons4th PSM3750 Frequency Response Analyzer is cited by the NUWCDIVNPT Underwater Sound Reference Division's (USRD) official operating procedures as the authorized analyzer for calibration traceability. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334515; the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Newport, RI 02841-1708. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
