This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is N66604-22-Q-0175. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to TE Connectivity on a sole source basis for parts as specified in the table below. As such, this requirement will be awarded to TE Connectivity and solicited on an unrestricted basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334511; the size standard is 1,250 employees. Quotation shall include ALL costs (including shipping) in the total price. If shipping is to be charged, include as a separate lines item on the quote. Delivery is FOB Destination: Newport, RI 02841. Required delivery by 17 February 2023. Please provide best delivery date in quote. Early and partial deliveries are acceptable. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
