The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for the purchase of Office Module as designed in NUWC Drawing Package 22-038A as well as Shop Drawings provided by manufacture of purchased modular office. Installation of Office Module, Installation of set of Double doorway, Installation of Ductless Split Unit HVAC System with Cassette style evaporative unit, Acoustical Ceiling System, Lighting System, Fire Suppression Wet Pipe system, Vinyl Floor and all incidental work as indicated herein. Contractors do not have to be JCP certified to receive the Solicitation, including drawings, specifications, and photos, but they must have an active CAGE Code.
