Answer: The standard manufacturer's report which contains the Original Equipment Manufacturer Acceptance Test Procedure data/reports for each serialized motor is sufficient. Update 12/10/2021: The purpose of this update is to: Correct the Drawing No. in CLIN 0001 from 7443744 Rev. B to 7443747 Rev. B. Upload a revised DD Form 1423-1 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) and a revised Receipt Inspection Report (RIR_QAP_W03844_R1) as attachments. Both of these documents now include a new CDRL, A003, for Test Data. The Government's preferred payment method is via the Government Purchase Card (GPC), if the contractor accepts the GPC. If the GPC is not used, payment will be made via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). If UID applies, payment must be made via WAWF and the UID is entered into WAWF. The Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within SPRS may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable.
