The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a construction requirement for an extension to a compressed air line. Contractors do not have to be JCP certified to receive the Solicitation, including drawings, specifications, and photos, but they must have an active CAGE Code. NOTE: (see attached DD 3150) Effective Wednesday, January 12, 2022 all Official Onsite Visitors to Division Newport facilities will need to complete and maintain Form DD 3150, (Contractor Personnel and Visitor Certification of Vaccination) and provide to NUWC Division Newport Visitor control, upon request. Failure to present this may result in denial of an official onsite visitor’s access. Official visitors who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or who decline to volunteer their COVID-19 vaccination status, must show an electronic or paper copy of negative results from a U.S. Food and Drug Administration-authorized or approved COVID-19 test administered no earlier than 72 hours prior to their visit.
