All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 001 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date and time from 26 July 1600 to 29 July 1400. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport requires Services for Underwater Explosive Shock Testing per the attached solicitation provided as Attachment 1. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable offer. In order to be determined technically acceptable: (1) the offeror must be an approved commercial facility that is qualified to conduct the MIL-S-901D heavy weight shock test; and (2) the Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within SPRS may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable.
