This requirement is being solicited as a sole source requirement under North American Industry System (NAICS) 541330, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 millions of dollars. Syqwest, Inc. (CAGE Code 33642) is the only company with prior experience and expertise in developing, manufacturing and fabricating the Partial Array 2.0, therefore, the they are the only company able to provide these services for the development of diagnostics and safety firmware for the Partial Array 2.0. See attached Sole Source. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes, however, all quote received by the closing date will be considered by the Government for future requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Quotes received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
