The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport requires Build to Print LVC-9 & 10 FO Test Cables per drawing 8863599, as specified in the attached solicitation, number N6660421Q0469. The drawing associated with this requirement is labeled Distribution D, which means distribution is authorized to the DOD and U.S. DOD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. The drawing is uploaded to the site as an attachment with limited access by JCP certified companies only. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. In order to be determined technically acceptable: (1) the offeror must quote items which meet the requirements specified, no substitutions allowed, in the required quantities; and (2) the Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within SPRS, may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. Offerors shall include price, delivery terms, shipping costs (if applicable) and the following additional information with submissions: point of contact (including phone number and email address), offeror Cage Code, and offeror DUNS number.
