The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to South Bay Cable Corporation, 54125 Maranatha Drive, Idyllwild, CA 92549, for the following items and as specified in the attached Minimum Specifications, Attachment 1. CLIN# Description 0001 SB-48785 Revision B Quantity: 8000/Feet 0002 Communication Antenna Cable Testing in accordance with NUWC-342/0145-601 Quantity: 1/Lot 0003 Shipping Quantity: 1/Lot Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to Newport, RI, 02841-1708 This requirement is a sole source procurement under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 335929 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
