Destination Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI. 02841. The Period of Performance is one year from date of purchase order award and four option years. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis to Janes Group US LLC as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 511210. The Small Business Size Standard is $41.5 million dollars. Jane's Group US LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Jane’s Sea Module XML, and the only source for this collection of reference material and its subscription renewals. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
