All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Network Allies, LLC, 1616 Osgood St Ste 1001 North Andover, MA, 01845-1000 (Cage Code: 3R7R2). Network Allies is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supplier for this procurement and the sole supplier of the TI16 servers hard drive assemblies that are form, fit, and functionally compatible with the Navy system as detailed in the Sole Source Justification attached. The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source available.The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase the following on a firm-fixed price basis: CLIN 0001: Network Allies, Inc. (P/N TI16-THDD401) Hard Drive with Tray, Qty 200/ea.
