The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWDIVNPT) intends to purchase the following TEAC brand name items (Attachment 1), no substitutions, on a firm-fixed-price basis: CLIN 0001 - 32-Channel Data Recorder, MPN TEAC WX-7032, 1 each CLIN 0002 ? Remote Control Unit with Cable for WX Series, MPN ER-WXRC, 1 each CLIN 0003 ? Side Frames for WX-7032, MPN TZ-WXSF32, 1 each CLIN 0004 ? Transportation Case with Wheels for WX-7032, MPN DRA-WX32, 1 each CLIN 0005 - Accredited 17025 Calibration Certification with Data of WX-7032 (32-channels I/O), MPN CAL-17025/32, 1 each Offerors shall quote new condition, TEAC brand name items (no substitutions). All quotes shall be accompanied by complete technical specifications demonstrating that the products meet the Government’s minimum requirements (Attachment 2). Offerors shall include shipping charges in submitted quotes, if applicable, and specify delivery lead times. Required delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI, 02841-1708. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a single FFP purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote represents the lowest price technically acceptable quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable, the offeror must quote the required TEAC brand name items, no substitutions allowed, in the required quantities and in accordance with the Government’s minimum requirements. This requirement is a total small business set aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519, "Information Technology Value Added Resellers," with a small business size standard of 150 employees, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs. Additional terms and conditions: In accordance with DFARS Clause 252.211-7003, offerors shall provide a Unique Item Identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Government’s unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more. Required payment method is electronic payment via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000, where negative information within the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail to the Primary Point of Contact on or before the response date and time as listed on this combined synopsis/solicitation. Quotes received after this date/time are late and may not be considered for award.
