The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase, on a Firm-Fixed Price basis, Lower Radar Cross Section Mast (LRCSM) Machiened Parts. The associated drawings are classified as Distro D, and access may be requested by individuals with an active JCP (Joint Certification Program) registration. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334511. The Small Business size standard is 1250 employees. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) the requirement for synopsis has been waived. The solicitation, N66604-21-Q-0042, is released and is attached as a part of this notice. Amendment 0001: Offeror due date is extended from 10/23/2020 at 2:00 PM EST, to 11/02/2020 at 2:00 PM EST. Section F required delivery schedule, Section L ‘Instructions to Offerors’ and Section M ‘Evaluation Factors for Award’ are amended as follows: Section F: The required delivery schedule is updated from 18 months to 18 weeks. Section L: Include instruction number 4: Offerors shall complete FAR 52.204-24 in Section I, the provisions in Section K, and include completed provisions within the Offeror’s quote. Section M: Include note about page limitation for Technical Capability Statement. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
