NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Mercury Systems Inc, 50 Minuteman Rd, Andover, MA 01810 (Cage Code: 3X893). Only the 010-SRMG9EL2-001 PIN Diode RF Switch manufactured by Mercury Systems Inc. is compatible with the current design of the Flared Base Group antenna assembly as detailed in the Sole Source Justification attached. The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source available. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to purchase the following: MFGR Part No Description/Title Qty Notes 010-SRMG9EL2-001 PIN Diode RF Switch 12 Lead time: 24 Weeks ARO F.O.B Destination, Newport, RI 02841-1708 This requirement is an unrestricted, sole-source procurement as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs. The NAICS Code is 541330; the size standard is $16.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
