Offerors must complete, sign, and include this provision within the quote. AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to restructure existing CLINs, add data delivery CLIN 0004, incorporate DFARs 252.204-7019 Notice of NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements (Nov 2020) and DFARS 252.204-7020 NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements (Nov 2020), add a note to allow the government to request additional price information, to change PSC from 7025 'Information Technology input/output and Storage Devices" to 5815 "Teletype and Facsimile Equipment" and to extend offeror due date from November 17th 2020 at 2:00 PM EST to December 10th 2020 at 2:00 PM EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
