Solicitation N66604-20-R-8248: This construction requirement is for HVAC renovation to the Zulu Lab in building 1171. The area of the renovation includes approximately 3400 square feet which includes prototype testing equipment and office spaces. The space will be provided with new HVAC systems, which will provide specialized climate control. The new mechanical system will utilize direct expansion computer room units for cooling the lab spaces and a chilled water air handling unit for the office spaces. The electrical system serving the new mechanical equipment will be upgraded to serve the equipment. The onsite supervision will require one (1) qualified individual serving the roles of superintendent, quality control manager, and site safety and health officer. Contractors do not have to be JCP certified to receive the drawings and specifications but they must have an active CAGE Code.
