The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is a Naval research activity operating under the direction of the Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Project Description: The work includes the installation of (2) 6” Class 1500 control valves, associated flanges, piping, supports, radiographic & ultrasonic testing of welds. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to repipe and replace high pressure valves for the ATF tank. • All work to be performed at NUWCDIVNPT Building 1171C. • Work to be performed in accordance with NUWCDIVNPT Drawings 19-039A (4 sheets) and statement of Work. • NUWCDIVNPT to provide area for equipment and material storage. • NUWCDIVNPT to provide access to area for workers and equipment. • All Work to be in accordance with OSHA and Army Corp of Engineers Safety Manual, EM-385-1-1 Current Edition Safety requirements. • All work to be completed in accordance with Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry (29 CFR PART 1929 2007).
