Corning Vascade EX3000 Optical Fiber is required for testing as detailed in the Sole Source Justification attached. The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source available. The pre-solicitation has been waived per FAR 5.202(a)(13). The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to purchase 310 Kilometers of Corning Vascade EX3000 125/250 Singlemode Optical Fiber in the following quantities: 4 reels of Corning Vascade EX3000 Optical Fiber, 10KM per reel 9 Reels Corning Vascade EX3000 Optical Fiber, 30KM per reel The delivery date is 6 weeks After Receipt of Order. F.O.B Destination, Newport, RI 02841-1708 This requirement is an unrestricted, sole-source procurement as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs.
