Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question from industry and extend the closing date and time as follows: 1) Question - Would you like inspection data reports that require the recording of all dimensions listed on each print? Answer - The inspection report generated using CMM shall include the dimensions of all first piece parts. 2) The closing data and time is extended until 08-JUN-2020 at 8pm ET Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to change the delivery address (see attached SF30) and answer questions from industry as follows: 1) Question - The DT-100 MECHANICAL PIECE PART KIT is made up of the parts and quantities specified in the chart correct ? and the government is looking to purchase 78 kits ? Answer - Yes, the solicitation is for 78 DT-100 Mechanical Piece Part Kits. One kit is made up of the piece parts listed in the parts list (chart) in the top level drawing. 2) Question - The "Mark for Information" on pg 12 (section D), and the "Ship to Address" on pg 14 (section F), list unique information for both sections. Both list the "Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard". The "Mark For Info" lists Kittery ME. The "Ship to Address" lists Portsmouth NH. Is this correct for both sections? Answer - No, the ship to address is incorrect and should be Kittery, ME. Please see the attached SF30. Amendment 0004 - Source selection will be based on best value tradeoff as detailed in Section M. Proposal requirements and evaluation criteria are added to the solicitation. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED.
