The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a construction requirement for a roofing system replacement. Work will include the removal of existing built up tar and gravel roofing in its entirety down to existing metal roof deck, and installation of a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM membrane roofing system, including insulation, protection board, new metal fascia, gravel stop and cap flashing, and incidental related work. In lieu of a site visit, additional photographs of the work area can be found in attachment #2. Contractors do not have to be JCP certified to receive the Solicitation, including drawings, specifications, and photos, but they must have an active CAGE Code.
