The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for Bulkhead Receptacles. This procurement is being processed on an unrestricted Sole Source basis to Teledyne-D.G. O'Brien (Cage Code: 17476), as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). At this time, Teledyne D.G. O'Brien is the only NAVSEA approved source on the drawings. The North American Industry System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334417. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000 Employees. Instructions for registration are available at the website. The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. The anticipated release date of solicitation N6660420Q8047 is on, March 27, 2020. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be established in the Request For Quote (RFQ). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
