Project Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services as necessary to remove and replace the existing fifty (50) f oot steel flagpole w ith a new sixty (60) foot ground set fiberglass flagpole as indicated in the Statement of Work, draw ings, and specifications. The magnitude of the requirement per FAR 36.204, is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. The proposal is due by 05 December 2019, 2:00 PM Local Time. This project is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code 236220 w ith a corresponding size standard of $39.5 Mil and FSC of Z2AZ Site visit is schedule for 19 November 2019 @ 11:00 AM local time. See base requirements located in the supplemental instructions of this solicitation. Aw ard w ill be made to the offeror submitting the low est price technically acceptable quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable, offeror must submit a technical capability statement outlining their experience and capability to complete the project identified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
