This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-20-Q-0054. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase, on a Firm-Fixed Price basis, contractor services to update a ventilation system at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Detachment Seneca Lake Newport. Further details on this requirement can be found in the SF-1442 attached to this solicitation. This requirement is solicited to full and open competition, under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The size standard is $15M. Contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be eligible for award.
