The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase services, on a Firm-Fixed Price basis, for Prior art searches and patent applications to be submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This requirement is solicited as 100% small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541110 as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The size standard is $11,000,000.00.
