The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking ONLY information regarding the Government's desired delivery schedule for TR-341A SONAR Projectors at this time. This is NOT a request for capability statements. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine if there are market conditions of which the Government is unaware, (such as material shortages, etc.), that make the below delivery schedule unfeasible: DELIVERY SCHEDULE CLIN QUANTITY *STARTING MONTHLY RATE UNTIL ORDER COMPLETION 0001 TR-341 First Article 3 12 months ARO 3 0002 TR-341 Production TBD 8 months ARO 8 * The Government's desired delivery schedule is per Order. For example, if the Government places an order on 1 January 20xx for 24 units, and places another order on 1 February 20xx for 24 units, the below depicts the desired delivery schedule: Jan Feb Mar-Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Order #1 (24 units) Order #1 (8 units) Order # 1 (8 units) Order #1 (8 units) Order #2 (24 units) Order #2 (8 units) Order #2 (8 units) Order #2 (8 units) Total due 8 16 16 8 The results of this Limited Sources Sought will be used to determine if the Government's desired delivery schedule is feasible. ALL interested businesses are encouraged to respond. If interested businesses believe the above desired delivery schedule is unfeasible, they are encouraged to respond with a brief narrative outlining why the desired schedule is unfeasible. Please limit responses to two (2) pages. NUWCDIVNPT will use the responses to this Limited Sources Sought to develop the Government's required delivery schedule for the Request for Proposal (RFP) N66604-19-R-1140.
