Project Title: NEW FLOORING SYSTEMS MEASUREMENT PLATFORM Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to install a new flooring system at Seneca Lake sonar test f acility Dresden, NY in accordance w ith statement of w ork, draw ings, and specifications. The magnitude of the requirement per FAR 36.204, is betw een $100,000 and $250,000 The proposal is due by 30 August 2019, 2:00 PM Local Time. This project is full and open competition. NAICS Code 238330 w ith a corresponding size standard of $15.0 Mil and FSC of Z2AZ. Site visit is schedule for 19 August 2019 @ 10:00, local time. See base requirements located in the supplemental instructions of this solicitation. Aw ard w ill be made to the offeror submitting the low est price technically acceptable quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable, offeror must submit a technical capability statement outlining their experience and capability to complete the project identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Additionally, offeror must provide a brief narrative describing how they w ill accomplish the SOW task. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR VISIT REQUEST PROCESSING AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU BEGIN THE PROCESS AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE.
