Work to be perf... The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to install an HVAC retrofit in building 1258 room 113. All work to be performed at Building 1258 Room 113. Work to be performed in accordance with Scope of Work. Customer to provide area for equipment and material storage. Customer to provide access to area for workers and equipment. All Work to be in accordance with OSHA and Army Corp of Engineers Safety Manual, EM-385-1-1 Current Edition Safety requirements. Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry (29 CFR PART 1929 2007). NUWCDIVNPT Drawings 18-036A (7 sheets) and this Statement of Work, depict the work required on this particular project. Contractor shall inspect all work in accordance with FAR 52.246-12 "Inspection of Construction." Contractor shall coordinate with the NUWCDIVNPT Project Engineer or COR prior to commencement of work to ensure all scheduling and access issues have been worked out properly. Any questions will be directed to the NUWCDIVNPT Project Engineer or COR and not through the customer.
