RFI - Commercial Solutions Opening: Tactical Oceanography Supporting Full-Spectrum Undersea Warfare
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) intends to release a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for Tactical Oceanography projects in mid-February 2026, seeking proposals for commercial prototyping of environmental sensors and information systems. The anticipated award date for individual funding agreements is on or about 01 April 2026. Performance will be to a classified Statement of Work with three levels of security classification. Questions and comments on the draft documents are due by 06 February 2026. This is a competitive process for prototype projects relevant to enhancing military mission effectiveness.
