This is a combined synopsis and solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 5.203(b), this combined synopsis and solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days. Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-25-R-0181. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to Patrona Corporation for the Contract Line Items (CLINs) as listed below, no substitutions allowed. The sole source decision is based on Patrona Corporation being the only source with the technical knowledge and expertise to provide these services in such a short timeframe, without substantial duplication of cost. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received may be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
