This solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2). The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order to Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer Inc. on a Sole Source. Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer Inc. is the only capable source, that can provide the below ReliaSoft's analysis platform offers Reliability Block diagram, Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), in R&M topics needed for a complete reliability analysis of a system.
