Q2 - If there is a manufacturer verified compatible equivalent product to the DOW KEY MICROWAVE 1X8 SWITCH, would these minor discrepancies disqualify the possible equivalent: The max insertion loss in the specs is .6dB for 18GHz instead of the .5dB listed. The max VSWR is 1.6 for 18 GHz instead of the 1.5 listed. A2 - Yes, they would disqualify the item. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order for the following brand name or equal product: CLIN 0001- Quantity of four (4), Dow-Key Microwave 1X8 Switch, Relay; P/N 581JW-430822-ROHS in accordance with the minimum specs provided as an attachment to this solicitation. Delivery is F.O.B Destination, Newport, RI Quote best delivery date Notes: In order to be deemed technically acceptable, the offereror must quote the exact quantity, brand and part number (or equal). DO NOT include shipping as a separate line item. Build any shipping cost into the unit price. The Government intends to award a single FFP purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable. In order to be determined technically acceptable, the offeror must quote the required item in the required quantities and meet the Government’s required technical specifications.
