Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase, on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis, four (4) VSPA-003, 14KW-27AMP portable chillers and two (2) VSPA-005,19KW-45AMP portable chillers as detailed below. This is a brand name requirement for Delta T brand parts, no exceptions or substitutions. Please see attached RFQ and Minimum requirements for further details. Amendment 1: This solicitation is amended to reflect the following changes: 1. Small business set aside dissolved and now soliciting as unrestricted. 2. Updated delivery timeline to 12 weeks or sooner. 3. Updated description on RFQ and minimum requirements to alleviate confusion as 14KW-27AMP portable chillers & 19KW-45AMP portable chillers can vary in tonnage. 4. Solicitation response deadline is extended to 1400 EST, 19 July 2023. Amendment 2: 1. Added Brand Name Requirement for Delta T Systems part numbers VSPA-003 and VSPA-005, including add-ons. 2. Solicitation response deadline is extended to 1400 EST, 3 August 2023. Amendment 3: 1. Added verbiage that System Input Voltage 208/3/60 must be met, reattaching minimum Requirements. “Both types of chillers must have a System Input Voltage 208/3/60. Please refer to the attached minimum requirements when quoting with Delta T, and confirm all of these aspects are met.” 2. Extended deadline to 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, 11 August 2023. Amendment 4: 1. Updated delivery timeline to 16 weeks or sooner. 2. Extended deadline to 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, 24 August 2023.
