Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Code 15, has a requirement to purchase Pressure Sensor Digital Interface Boards. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Paroscientific, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334519. The applicable size standard is 600 employees. The Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure is identified below. CLIN 0001: Non-Recurring Engineering for Intelligent Interface Board (IIB) to fit IIB inside cylindrical sleeve 3.70-inches long with inner diameter of 0.9-inches. CLIN 0002: Initial production for quantity of ten (10) Intelligent Interface Boards Deliveries shall be F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI, USA (02841). This requirement is an other than full and open competition, sole source procurement. The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the website. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
