Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to post the solicitation and associated documents. Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date to 07/19/2023. This is a solicitation for noncommercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Code 85, has a requirement for validation of the MTWS product model within the Raytheon lab. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order as a sole source contract to Raytheon. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541511. The applicable size standard is $34,000,000.00. The Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure is identified below. CLIN 0001: Multi-Tube Weapon Simulator (MTWS) integration testing and validation, in accordance with the Statement of Work to be posted with the solicitation. CLIN 0002: Data deliverable in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) form to be posted with the solicitation. This requirement is a sole source requirement to Raytheon, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the website. Additional details can be found in the attached RFQ N66604-23-Q-0533. Responses to RFQ N66604-23-Q-0533 must be received by 2:00 PM EST on 19 July 2023.
