Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase, on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis, Flared Base Group (FBG) Material as shown in the table attached. This requirement is being solicited on a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220. The Small Business Size Standard is 1250 employees. The Product Supply Code (PSC) is 5996. To be considered within the acceptable range of offers on this solicitation, the contractor must provide at least one past performance reference demonstrating a previously awarded contract number (awarded within the last five (5) years of the date of this solicitation) along with the contact information of the Government POC where they previously created all of the parts listed, and was approved. This requirement contains drawings that are designated as Distribution Statement D and export controlled. Distribution is authorized to the Department of Defense (DoD) and United States DoD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the technical specification drawings. In order to obtain access to the drawings, the offeror shall submit a request in the SAM.gov posting and provide company name, CAGE code, and JCP Custodian contact information. Once JCP certification and JCP custodian are confirmed, the Government will approve the offerors request for access to the drawings. Only the JCP custodian may request access to drawings.
