Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase, on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis, eight (8) different Piston Rings of quantity seven (7) each. This requirement is being solicited on a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332710. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Product Supply Code (PSC) is 6640. Please see attached RFQ for additional details. Amendment 0001 is posted on 7/17/2023 to include the Distro D Export Controlled drawing package as a restricted access attachment in the SAM RFQ posting. The RFQ itself is also updated to revise the drawing access request process. In order to obtain access to the drawings, the offeror shall submit a request in the SAM.gov posting and provide company name, CAGE code, and JCP Custodian contact information. Once JCP certification and JCP custodian are confirmed, the Government will approve the offerors request for access to the drawings. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 is posted on 7/19 to extend the solicitation to 25 July 2023 per industry request.
