The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), CAGE Code 2D118, for conference registrations. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source requirement under North American Industry System (NAICS) 813920, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business, Size Standard is $23.5 million dollars. NDIA is the only company/conference with the ability to provide a forum for discussing methods to maintain undersea superiority to secure access and maneuver in the Global Commons, (see attached Sole Source Justification).
