This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items or Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate, written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Proposal (RFP) number is N66604-23-Q-0357. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source requirement to Dutch Valley Supply Co. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). Dutch Valley Supply Co. is the only known source that can provide the repairs to the RNA Modules. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order for the testing, troubleshooting, evaluation, repair and delivery of quantity 2 (two) Real-Time Network Adapter (RNA) Modules in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Government Furnished Property documents. For the purposes of quoting to this opportunity. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure is identified below: CLIN 0001 Description: Troubleshooting, testing, and evaluation of RNA modules; Quantity 2 Units CLIN 0002 Description: Repair of RNA Modules; Quantity: 2 Units This procurement is a sole source to a small business under NAICS code 811210 – Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Size Standard is $34 Million. Delivery is F.O.B. Newport, RI and the delivery date is 06/30/23 or sooner Offerors shall provide point of contact (including phone number and email address), Offeror CAGE code, Offeror SAM UEI, and shall include a validity date of no less than 60 days from due date for receipt of offers.
